TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of recieving it, once your order has been shipped you will recieve an email showing the courier we have shipped it with & the unique tracking reference number. You can track the parcel via https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ or https://www.dpd.co.uk/. You should also recieve notification via email or text on the day of delivery within the approximate time slot for delivery. If you are struggling to track your parcel please get in touch with us so we can assist.  

EXCLUSIONS

Service terms may be amended during peak periods. Delivery times - Royal Mail will delivery with your normal post. DPD will text/email you with a 1 hour delivery window, this will be between approx 8am and 6pm. We reserve the right to remove this Free delivery promotion and postal rates at any time.
