For all U.K. orders under £50 carriage is £2.99. These will be sent out with via Royal Mail or DPD tracked and is a standard 3 - 5 working days tracked service.
For all U.K. orders over £50 carriage is FREE. These will be sent out with Royal Mail or DPD tracked and is also a standard 3 - 5 working day’s tracked service.
We also offer a U.K. Express Tracked Service with DPD at £4.99 which takes 1 - 2 working days with a 2pm cut off.
In addition we offer an Express Tracked Service for Saturday and Sunday delivery that has a cut off at 2pm on Friday and costs £9.99. These rates apply to the whole of the UK, Northern Ireland plus the islands including the Channel Isles.
Embroidered and personalised items may take longer.

Tracking Your Order
We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Once your order has been shipped you'll receive an email showing the courier we have shipped it with and the unique tracking reference number.
Parcel tracking services:
You should also receive notification via email or text on the day of delivery within the approximate time slot for delivery. If you are struggling to track your parcel please get in touch with us so we can assist.
Exclusions
Service terms may be amended during peak periods. Delivery times - Royal Mail will delivery with your normal post. DPD will text/email you with a 1 hour delivery window, this will be between approx. 8am and 6pm.
We reserve the right to remove this Free delivery promotion and postal rates at any time. Please note that we quote working days when stipulating the delivery timetable which therefore does not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
Returns & Refunds

We understand that the holiday season can be a busy time, so we’re offering an extended returns period for your convenience.
Any orders can be returned up until 15th January 2026.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your goods. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods for a full refund within 21 days starting from when the goods are received.
Simply use our online Returns Portal to process a Return for Refund or Exchange. Quote the order number supplied to you on your order confirmation usually starting 1300 along with your postcode.
A Free Returns label is available for orders with an original value of over £50. For UK orders originally under £50 you can also use this portal and a fee of £2.99 will be removed from your refund.
When using the portal you can print the label yourself of also scan a QR code at the post office for a printerless return.
Goods can also be returned to our UK ladies golf store in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
Refund policy
Your refund will be paid within 30 days but usually only takes around 7 days from the date we receive your return.
There are some exceptions to these rights of cancellation, including where these services are supplied on a specific date or for a specific period or on the sale of customized goods.
- Consumers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession.
- Returned items must include the original labels/swing tags and packaging.
- Returns must and be in a new and unused state, fit for resale. We hope that you love everything you receive from us! But In an event that an item is not right for you please understand that this item will be for sale for someone else, please return it in the way you would like to receive it.
- Please take care when trying items on with makeup and other items that can mark, returned items will be refused if marked.
- In the event that an item is faulty, please contact us immediately.
Personalised and custom goods
Personalised/customized goods cannot be returned for a refund. Please note that if you are personalising a product, it will be created in the exact text you put online and not subject to rights of cancellation.
Non-UK Returns
All other destinations can request a return or exchange through the Returns Portal and you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

Faulty Goods
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
