The Women in Golf Awards is working with 59club in a 5-year project called the Fairways project, tracking the experiences of women working in the golf industry.
The Fairways Project is a global, research initiative designed to help golf to better attract, retain and elevate female talent—using evidence, not assumptions. All the team is asking for is 20 minutes each year to change the industry for good. Sign up via www.womeningolfawards.com
Over five years, this research - conducted by the 59club in collaboration with the Women in Golf Awards - will gather both quantitative and qualitative insights through two short, 10‑minute surveys each year. Importantly, the project welcomes both women and men, ensuring a balanced and inclusive view.
